Canary Bowl Results
Posted On: Mar 13, 2017

On Sunday, March 5, 2017, 170 bowlers on 17 teams gathered at the Brunswick Zone in Glendale Heights for our annual bowling tournament.

The 17 teams represent a new high since we started this event up again 4 years ago!

We had a great afternoon with all the bowlers enjoying some time with their brother and sister members in a non-work setting.

First place honors went to the team called FDC's Finest. The members on this team were Tim Zinga, Bill Kwiatkowski, Mike Domanus, Justin Morris and Dennis Kwiatkowski. They shot an impressive 3148!

Not far behind in 2nd Place with a 3063 was Paul's Team which was composed of Bob Black, Pat O'Connell, Chuck Gricius, Paul Mancillas and Scott O'Connor!

Third place was Help Wanted with a 3035. Their bowlers were Rich Petty, Tabe Wells, Barry Waldren, Larry Earle and Ed Hagg!

The Scratch Pot winners were Ed Hagg with a 264 and Joe Hathaway with a 246!

Handicap was won by Eric Holland who shot a 245 with 37 pins handicap for a 282 and in 2nd place was Barry Waldren who also shot 245 but had 30 pins handicap for a 275 total!

Congratulations to all the bowlers who participated! Maybe next year we can shoot for at least 20 teams!

Thanks to Sandy Grisko for all her help in getting this set up and to Lisa Cortez and her daughter Claudia for their help in selling the 50/50 tickets!

See everyone next year!!
