Recently, the Trustees of The Members Retirement Plan (TMRP) restated the Plan’s Trust Indenture, the governing document. Under the terms of the Trust Indenture, the revisions must be approved by the Participating Local Unions to become effective.
Each Participating Local Union must hold a vote of its active and retired TMRP members.
The following are the dates and times for our locals:
Local 568M Meeting is scheduled for May 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
Local 6505M Meeting is scheduled for May 12, at 7:00 p.m.
Local 518M Meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026, at 2:30 p.m.
Local 458M Meeting is scheduled for May 30, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
Letters have been or will be sent out to all the members with the above information along with the location of the meeting.
Attached is the information that will be changed on the Trust Indenture for your review.
